EuroSandStone
0ur medium sand style that is troweled on with a steel trowel and finished with a red plastic float.
Description
EuroTextures are high quality acrylic texture coatings, able to be applied by trowel or air spray, and may be used internally or externally.
EuroTextures are manufactured from the highest quality emulsions, sands and selected fillers, together with fungicides to provide a long lasting high quality finish.
EuroTextures can be used over many surfaces including EuroRender and EuroSkim, conventional cement render, FC Sheets, Pre cast panels, etc.
Application
The renderer shall check that the colour is correct prior to use. Substrates sucka traditional cement render, FC sheet, AAC walls, pre cast concrete etc. must first be coated with EuroPrime.
The desired EuroTexture coat is then troweled on to the substrate to a thickness determined by the coarsest particles and the coating is floated with the appropriate float or trowel.

EuroRender
Description
EuroRender, when used in conjunction with EuroBond , is a water resistant, acrylic modified cement based plaster suitable for rendering and patching over most substrates including clay and cement bricks/blocks, pre cast or site poured concrete surfaces, calcil bricks, aerated concrete blocks/panels, painted masonry surfaces, expanded polystyrene and styrofoam surfaces.(Approved alkali resistant fibre glass mesh must be used in EuroRender when applied to polystyrene and Styrofoam surfaces). EuroRender is designed for use as a skim coat applied in layers ranging from 2mm to 6mm at a time. The applicator must make sure the surface to be rendered is stable and free of adhesion inhibiting materials such as dust, grease, dirt, fungus, mould releasing agents, excessive water etc.. EuroRender will not display typical sand and cement weaknesses such as “herringbone cracking” and “drumminess” greatly enhancing the life of the rendering job, and providing a stable and protective surface for subsequent coatings of paint, trowelled on coatings etc.
Application
Having made sure the surface is clean, apply the mixture to the substrate using a steel trowel, taking care to spread the coat evenly. The surface can then be ruled off with an “English Feather” or conventional straight edge to level the surface. When the material has firmed sufficiently it can be floated with a large plastic, polystyrene or wooden float. On completion of this process, the area can be again floated with a small hard PVC float to flatten and smooth the surface even further.

EuroSkim
Description
EuroSkim, when used in conjunction with EuroBond , is a water resistant, acrylic modified cement based plaster suitable for rendering and patching over most substrates including clay and cement bricks/blocks, pre cast or site poured concrete surfaces, calcil bricks, aerated concrete blocks/panels, painted masonry surfaces, expanded polystyrene and styrofoam surfaces.(Approved alkali resistant fibre glass mesh must be used in EuroSkim when applied to polystyrene and Styrofoam surfaces). EuroSkim is designed for use as a skim coat applied in layers ranging from 1mm to 4mm at a time. The applicator must make sure the surface to be rendered is stable and free of adhesion inhibiting materials such as dust, grease, dirt, fungus, mould releasing agents, excessive water etc. EuroSkim will not display typical sand and cement weaknesses such as “herringbone cracking”&“drumminess” greatly enhancing the life of the rendering job, and providing a stable and protective surface for subsequent coatings of paint, trowelled on coatings, etc.
Application
Having made sure the surface is clean, apply the mixture to the substrate using a steel trowel, taking care to spread the coat evenly. When the material has firmed sufficiently it can be floated with a large plastic, polystyrene or wooden float. On completion of this process, the area can be again floated with a small hard PVC float to flatten and smooth the surface even further, and the finished surface can be sponge finished if required.

EuroPatch
Description
EuroPatch is a specially made Acrylic based material designed to skim coat FC sheeting as well as being a highly flexible and adhesive product for patching and coating various surfaces. It can also be used as an additive to EuroRender and EuroSkim to increase their flexibility and adhesion. When coating FC sheeting as a skim coat or patching various surfaces, cement may be added at a rate of 5-10% by weight (depending on the surface and air temperature) to increase workability and speed up the drying time.
Preparation & Application
Prior to the application of EuroPatch make certain the substrate (particularly over FC sheeting) has been fitted by the Builder according to the manufacturers instructions, and make certain the rebated joints and corners have been prepared with alkali resistant fibre glass mesh strips and embedded in EuroPatch Fine. It is preferable that right angle fibre glass mesh corners are used instead of PVC or steel corners.
Make certain that the patched areas are dry before coating the entire area with EuroPatch. It is advisable to prime the substrate with EuroPrime prior to the application of EuroPatch. Before applying, make certain the substrate receiving EuroPatch is clean and free of any dirt, grease, fungus, dust, releasing agents etc
Coverage
Coverage rates will vary depending on the substrate and the thickness applied, but as an approximate guide 15 Litres of EuroPatch should cover about 10 –12 sq m (when applied at a thickness of about 2mm).

EuroPatch Fine
Description
EuroPatch Fine is a specially manufactured water based Acrylic low shrink stopping compound for filling FC sheet joints, as well as patching areas to be painted since EuroPatch Fine can be sanded down to a smooth finish. It gives a finish with strength and flexibility.
Preparation & Application
Prior to the application of EuroPatch Fine make certain the substrate (particularly over FC sheeting) has been fitted by the Builder according to the manufacturers instructions, especially fixing correct batten placement, correct positioning of expansion joints etc.
Make certain the substrate receiving EuroPatch Fine is clean and free of any dirt, grease, fungus, dust, mould releasing agents, etc.
When applying EuroPatch Fine use a trowel or spatula to fill the rebated joints pressing firmly to ensure good adhesion, then trowel into the EuroPatch Fine a 50/60mm strip of alkali resistant fibre glass mesh, then trowel on another thin coat of EuroPatch Fine to fully encase the mesh and leave a smooth surface. Make sure care is taken to “feather” the edges along the entire application. A second layer of tape may be applied in areas prone to movement or where anticipated problems may occur.
Coverage
Coverage rates will vary depending on the substrate and the thickness applied, but as an approximate guide 15 Litres of EuroPatch Fine should cover and stop approximately 60 linear metres of FC sheet joints.

EuroPrimer
Description
EuroPrimer is formulated with pure acrylic resins designed to permeate and seal the substrate including masonry surfaces, brick, sand and cement renders, AAC walls (Hebel), FC Sheeting etc
Application
Stir contents thoroughly prior to use. EuroPrimer can be brushed, rolled or sprayed onto the primed substrate. To achieve a high quality finish a “wet edge” must be kept during application.
